Straight out of some colonial adventure novel, this hotel was like a B&B / Hotel hybrid, in that it had the charms of a quaint B&B, but offered all the services you’d expect from a Hotel. Unfortunately no desk space, so I had to once again resort to the outside coffee table as a desk, which once again did my back a number. Thankfully a visit to a local herbalist garden provided a remedy.
Okay, so even though I bought the remedy, I never used it because I didn’t trust it: the aloe vera gel I also bought ended up being liquid, so who knows what sort of rash I might get from applying the urine-coloured liquid to my back.
